Although this is not a book, I thought I would share my recipe for these wonderful chicken drummies that has become and addition to our Chanukah dinner aloing with the potatoe latkes.
3 lbs. chicken wings, tips cut off and divided
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
10 oz. soy sauce
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Mix all and pour over wings. marinate for three days.
Bake at 400 degrees for one hour.
