Does anyone know if theres a chart anywhere on the internet, I have tried to find it that says how long a piece of mail, takes to get from say the usa to another country like something that you can change based on country. I tried asking the postal clerk out some international post cards and she like your the one who mails internationally. I have tried the usps website and haven't been able to find anything there. I have tried searching the internet and must be searching for the wrong thing.

No, because once the mail leaves the US, it is handled by another country's mail system so it is highly variable. Are you talking just letters and postcards, or packages?

You can get a clue from the annual chart published for International and APO/FPO Christmas mailing dates.  The one from 2013 is at:  https://about.usps.com/postal-bulletin/2013/pb22374/html/po_003.htm

They publish a new one every year in the Postal Bulletin in October, but I doubt if the dates will change that much, other than weekends intervening.
