The true crime story is well told, but even more interesting is the behind-the-scenes of law enforcement. Turf battles between jurisdictions, lack of resources in the sheriff's department, the love-hate relationship with the media in trying to solve this. Of all the true crime books on the Green River Killer, this is the best!
