2 tablespoon canola oil
 ¾ pound beef steak, cut in 1" cubes
 1 package (16 ounces) Birdseye Three Cheese Pasta Secrets
 2 tablespoon butter
 2 tablespoon white flour
 2 cups whole milk, warmed
 2 tablespoon chopped shallots
 ¼ teaspoon salt
 ¼ black pepper
 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
 
In a medium frying pan, heat oil and brown steak on low 7-9
 minutes. 
Grease a casserole dish; add pasta secrets, top with cooked
 steak  cubes. In a saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour, and cook
 until  foaming. Whisk in warm milk; add shallots, salt, and pepper.
 Bring  sauce to a boil, whisking constantly until thick. Pour over
 steak and  vegetables, top with cheese; bake in a 350°F oven 45 minutes.
 Uncover  and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
