Children Hostage of the State: Innocent Prisoners Without Trial
Children Hostage of the State Innocent Prisoners Without Trial Author:William D. Andrews TJ is now in prison. He is an adopted son who appeared to have the best in the land placed in his hands as a child. Renewed contact with a father in prison and a pastor’s wife who fell from grace has tragic results on his youthful life. — Hostage of the state is the product of thirty-four years of working with children both inside and outside the... more » non-juvenile system in several states. It shows a pattern of county, state, and government control of children, which seems to be out of control according to constitutional law and the actual practices. It is a message to every parent with a child in foster care or county, city, state, and government custody. It shows that the removal of many children from their homes is illegal per constitutional civil rights. Civil rights violations carry a mandatory investigation.
William D. Andrews lists a few of the most often violated areas he has seen. He points to the adoption practice, which often appears to be open fraud. The adoption families, social workers, and judges often appeared to be in a tailor-made adoption partnership. He vowed that the practice of removing children from homes without proper application of the law will be stopped. Sexual abuse, lies, injustice, drugs, and physical and verbal abuse were often present. Andrews noted several cases and was in the process of completing this book as an informational novel based on true facts when his own children became involved in the system through his divorce. He decided to change the writing slightly. It has been written with the original story as intended. It has also been documented to show the total anarchy of the system. The most fearful thing in the process to Andrews has always been the total shutdown of the voice of both the children and the parents. The total rejection of both children and parental rights that are given as civil rights under the Constitution of the United States of America is a tragedy. Literally, every parent who came to Andrews for counsel had no idea of what they could or could not do as a parent. Social Service contact about their children usually left them upset, angry, and confused about any direction they could take. They heard only the words of the social worker. Many times, this word was so contradictory, they could neither trust nor follow their directions. As you read, see how easy it is for your child to become a prisoner with no crime and no voice and you, a parent with no child. You will read a story, “A Practice,” and a threat that is fully operational in America.
