Fantastic for children! Poses shown in clear photographic detail with children themselves doing the actual poses. Additionally, each pose correlates with a picture of plant, or animal, etc. For example, a beautiful flowering pink cherry? tree is shown as an intro for 'Tree pose'; then several children dressed in pink shirts are in a correlating photo doing 'tree pose'. Each child is a different size too so children can relate. Perfect for my preschool classroom to have available with our yoga mat.
