This book is a broad overview of how children grow from birth to about 13 years of age. This is a textbook and this edition was very helpful in the class that I had taken. Even though this book is listed as an hardcover it is really a paperback.

This book is worth requesting for a majority of the classes requesting this book even though there are newer editions available
