The premise of the book is a lesbian love story, however I have to disagree with the other review I found it completely disgusting. I was not bothered by the lesbian part since that is what attracted me to the book, but how awful the erotic parts were. They seemed to me more fitting of a straight couple than of a lesbian one. I may have over looked this aspect if the characters had been interesting or if the plot had not been so thin. Overall I must say I hated this book so much I could not even finish it.
While the premise of the book is a lesbian love story, I can honestly say that it isn't completely appalling and disgusting. Written with tact and intensity it combines a steamy romance with a wonderful plot of a love story. The fact that it's a lesbian relationship really isn't a huge issue once you delve into the book. I loved it. I loved the style of writing and I loved the story line. So I personally can say I would recommend it to even the straightest of people because I myself enjoyed it thoroughly!
