I've seen them around in the past. Three authors bundled together with short Christmas romance stories. I'm in the mood for a couple short stories. :)

Oh, no baby on the way, or hidden baby stories, please.

I've read the following (with comments and my ratings):

  • Red Hot Santa  (romantic suspense) with stories by Cherry Adair, Leanne Banks,  Pamela Britton, and Kelsey Roberts - really liked the stories by Adair and Britton, didn't like the others so much.
  • A Very Merry Christmas by Lori Foster, Jemma Bruce, and Janice Maynard.  I loved all of the stories in this anthology. They all sizzled AND had good plots!
  • Santa Baby by Jennifer Cruisie, Lori Foster, and Carly Phillips.  I loved the story by Carly Phillips.   But the others not so much.
  • Secret Santa (HQ Blaze) by Janelle Denison, Jennifer LaBreque, and Isabel Sharpe.   I unfortunately didn't keep notes on the individual stories, but I gave the overall anthology a rating of 4*, so they must have been pretty good :-)

I hope you find one you like!

Last year I read "Glad Tidings: Here Comes Trouble / There's Something About Christmas" by Debbie Macomber.  I thoroughly enjoyed both stories.

I have a few Christmas Regency anthologies that I want to read this Christmas.

I would recommend:

I'm Your Santa by Dianne Castell, Karen Kelley, and Lori Foster

That Holiday Feeling: Silver Bells/ The Perfect Holiday Under the Christmas Tree by Debbie Macomber, Sherryl Woods, and Robyn Carr. (although there is a kids in the 2nd story, but he doesn't stick around too long)

Hope that helps!

I have a shelf on Goodreads with all my Christmas books listed:  http://www.goodreads.com/review/list/1733268-laura?shelf=christmas.  I have the anthologies marked, too.

I haven't read these, but they are on my short list for this month:

I'm reading Kissing Santa Claus right now and it's good!  Nice sweet romances.

I also recommend The Night Before Christmas and Jingle Bell Rock

I, um, like Ellora's Cave White Hot Holidays -pick a volume any volume ho ho ho! ;)

I think Santa Baby mentioned above had the story about the action doll ..can't remember but it was the best in the book I thought.

hmm...I really haven't come across any awesome ones I can think of other than the erotic romances I mentioned above! heck I forgot it was even christmas with those!

Thanks everyone! :D

Hmm, ALL of these sound good. Romantic Suspense is my favorite genre, but then, I'm always in the mood for a nice steamy, sexy, hot romance. And the nice, light, feel-good Christmas stories sound like they have just enough in them to get just enough of a hit of that Christmas feeling, without being hit over the head with it a long drawn out story.

I'm also reading my first Debbie Macomber novel, Twenty Wishes. I like it so far. Her Christmas short stories sound good too.
