Hi!!  Hope your Christmas was filled with family, love and laughter...not to mention presents! This is the time of year that I most miss my family! :(

I know you're thinking:  what does this have to do with Christmas books? Well, nothing, I guess. I was just wondering what books yall asked for (and got) for Christmas! When I tell people that I picked out some books for my Christmas present, they kinda look at me funny...but I don't have any other vices....well, maybe a glass of wine now and then! ;) This year I didn't go too crazy since my TBR mountain, I mean pile, continues to grow daily--I don't know what happens, it's like they spawn while I'm not looking or something.

Anyway, my Christmas books are: Cutting Loose by Tara Janzen, The Accidental Vampire by Lynsay Sands, Scions: Resurrection, a Nocturne by Patrice Michelle, and Dragons of the Dwarven Depth (Dragonlance) by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman. Yeah, the last one isn't a romance but it's part of a fantasy series that I love!!

So, what did yall get??

I got myself some Blaze books at Walmart yesterday.  They had them half-price.  On Sat I bought a bunch of books at Half-price books. Mostly audio cds that weren't available on here.

I didn't get any books but I did get several Borders gift cards and an Amazon gift certificate.  I can't wait to use them!

I asked for and got Bloodfever by Karen Marie Moning.  I also got a gift card to B&N and bought Midnight Awakening with that.

I didn't ask for any books I asked for gift cards to buy books. When I was Christmas shopping I did find Natural Born Charmer by SEP in HC for $5.99 in the bargain books at Waldenbooks(Borders) so I ended up buying myself a present.

With my gift cards I plan to buy Shadow Music by Julie Garwood(finally a new historical) and most likely Deal With This by Lucy Monroe.

Man, I didn't get any books or bookstore gift cards like I usually do for Christmas.  My husband saw my TBR pile and almost freaked!  He didn't get me the gift cards and neither did anyone else.  I think he put the word out.  Is that grounds for divorce? :)
