Christopher Gray is an American journalist and architectural historian noted for his weekly New York Times column "Streetscapes", about the history of New York architecture, real estate and public improvements. Gray has also written extensively about architecture for the magazines Avenue and House and Garden, and is the founder of the Office for Metropolitan History, an organization that provides research on the history of New York buildings.
