This is about Texas attorney, Billy Bob Holland finally acknowledging that Lucas Smothers is his son. He helps Lucas attempt to prove that he did not murder a young woman with whom he had a relationship.
If you've enjoyed other Billy Bob Holland stories, this one gives more insight into his character as well as his weaknesses.

Billy Bob Holland is a former Texas Ranger, Prosecuting Attorney and now defense lawyer. However he does not take drug cases. A young girl is raped and murdered and his illegitimate son is accused of the crime. Billy Bob has to prove him innocent and find the real murderer.
