I picked up this book because I have visited Baraboo, a real place a small town in Wisconsin, home of the Circus World Museum, and the origin of one of the greatest shows on earth (RB&BB show). You can't watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade without spotting a Baraboo Circus Wagon, still in service after 100 years. I can't wait to see how the author has tied these strings together. Baraboo is a few miles 5-10 south of the Wisconsin Dells, add it to your summer vacation you won't be disappointed.

The first of the Circus World books. A fast, light read that's a lot of fun using circus slang in a traditional space operatic setting. Not very big on description, but not bad and with interesting characters. I think I'll take a crack at the other two in the trilogy.

And looking at this I see I need to add a better description for others.
