I got an e-mail saying that one of my Wish List books was available -- I logged in and accepted it.  Now I get an e-mail saying that I did NOT log in and accept it and now it's been released back into the system :(:(. 

I was waiting for months for this book!  What happened???

You will probably need to ask the Team to look at the transaction and determine what happened. You can do that by sending in Feedback via the Contact Us link in the lower right under Company.

Did you have to buy a credit to accept it? Did you make sure to go back to your My Account page and click the accept button after purchasing the credit?

Did you refresh your browser after you accepted the offer and see the request on your Books I've Requested tab? Always click the refresh button after changing the status of a transaction, because sessions do timeout and if you are clicking a button in a browser window that's been open a while, you aren't logged in any more and it's not going to work.

Do check with the Team, Kim, per Melanie's post.  As Cathy described it's hard to guess what happened, but the Admin Team can figure it out for you.
