I was just getting ready to mail a book that I bought at a FOL sale yesterday. The book is in excellent condition but I just noticed that there is writing on the very last end paper. This is the second completely blank page at the very end of the book. There is no text at all on the book. Someone has written the names of four Carribean islands. The PBS guidelines say this:
Since the writing is not on a text page, this should be fine, right? The book is in otherwise like-new condition.
What do y'all think?
