Is it considered a textbook? So if there is writing and/or highlighting on the pages would it be okay to post it so long as I let the requestor know about the markings before I sent it? I'm confused on whether to consider it a textbook type of book since it is a study aid.

Thanks guys!

IMO it would fall under the textbook exemption.  As long as the requestor agrees to the writing/higlighting you're good to go.

Thank you! That's what I thought but I wasn't too sure. :)
