I went to the Goodwill and pick up some awesome books, The genres are anything from Fantasy, Westerns, Romance, Sci-Fiction, Vampires, Historial Romances.

I have Paranormal, Vampires, Mysterys,  Erotrica, Time Travel, to just about anything that excites you.

I don't read any of those genres but have been wondering how much books go for at Goodwill?

Hardback are $1.50 paperbacks are .80 and cookbooks, and other books are 3.00.

I get wonderful buys, and are usually been only read one time. I always check before I buy for any kind of water damage, highlights, or anything that is a NO NO here at PBS.

All my books are wrapped immediately in plastic, to protect them, against any pollutions that are trouble for people that have allegeries.

Come check my book shelf, I have a huge selection, to check out

wow, they go for under .50 here in my town, lol.  I haven't hit the goodwill or the other thrift stores in awhile, but I should.  I've been heading into my local UBS lately, and have been getting some good ones.

Here at our Goodwills hardbacks are $1.00 & paperbacks are 50 cents.  It seems the other thrift stores around here are a little higher.

Plus you are helping support your commutity when you spend your dollars at the Goodwill stores. The money all goes to help put the handicaps to work, and to help with the other programs that the Goodwill store do to give back to our communities. That means your dollars stay in your state, instead of spread so thin, that many of the programs help someone who needs that extra bit of help.

Wow! Here in Southern Indiana the Goodwill charges $1 for paperbacks & $2 for hardbacks. Wish I could find them for under a $1.

Our Goodwills in Central Indiana are .69 for paperbacks.  We went to a Goodwill Outlet the other day where they were a quarter!  But everything is tossed in bins, unsorted.  The cashier told us they switch the bins out every 2 hours and bring in new ones.  i got several Pony Pals and Babysitter's Club for my kiddos and several romances in like new condition!

Well, all of y'all have got me beat!!!  I WISH I could get books that cheap at my Goodwill store.  Small paperbacks are .99 while large paperbacks range from 1.99 to 3.99.  All hardbacks are 4.99.
