I was expecting this book to be the best of both worlds, drama and christian based, I was disappointed. Although the story is well written, it is very common to the writings of Patterson and Koontz. The ending also seemed to be thrown together at the last minute. It's a good read, just not what I expected.

In the process of investigating a rash of horrifying murders, two FBI agents become the killer's next targets. To save their own lives, they must cross the world and find out who wants them dead, and why a shadowy secret society awaiting the Antichrist may be involved.

This was a great thriller; though I wouldn't say my soul was rattled as the back cover predicted, I was definitely caught up in the plot. I would recommend this book, especially to fans of Dan Brown's darker work.
