The New Romance Books To Wishlist thread here on the L&R boards is where I learn about all of the upcoming books. Thanks to those gals there that do all of the digging!

Romantic Times in their "publisher's preview" section in the back of the magazine.  But usually, I've found them here on PBS under the aforementioned thread.  And yes, I do watch favorite authors websites, newsletters too.

Ditto.  You have to remember to search Amazon every so often - advance search in romance & the release dates, like six months to a year from the current date usually.   & then I frequently check my fav author's websites too.

The only place I generally find them is Amazon with a search. I have a search set for every author I like and then I just bookmark the books as they come up. I generally know stuff I want to order about 6-8 months in advance. Author web sites are good, too, but Amazon generally lists something in search results as soon as the publisher release information about it, which is often sooner than the author does.

Well, if you're looking for specific authors, www.fantasticfiction.com is awesome. And it categorizes series and such within that author so you can be sure you've read everything by him/her.
