good basic book if you're thinking of breeding dogs

This book was very helpful in the breeding / whelping of our dog.

This is a very basic book about dog breeding,complications of whelping, etc. I was disappointed to learn that it was an older book as there are more recent copies of this book available. I would still recommend it as a first look at breeding.
