Really liked this book, it had some great ideas/formulas on lots of stuff from bug deterants to oils to use while pregant, however, the oils can be kinda spendy esp. if you have to buy a few at one time. I used a few "recipes" then put it on the shelf never to be picked up again.

This book includes complete charts of all essential oils and their uses, a resource guide, and directions for aromassage.

Excellent resource and have been using it for years. Very comprehensive and broad coverage of material.
