A wonderful cookbook! The recipes are fresh and inventive without being complicated or using anything too exotic or difficult to find and the full-color photos really whet the appetite! I also liked that all the measurements and terms are given in U.S. AND European standards, so this book will suit you regardless of where you hail from (as long as you can read English). I haven't used every recipe yet, but I have done several and they all turned out very yummy. This is a good book to help beginners and experienced vegetarians alike branch out with some nice variety. The only caveat is that if you are vegan, you will have to do a lot of ingredient substituting because many of these recipes use eggs and dairy products.
