While his robberies were no doubt exciting, Bill Mason comes off as an uncaring thrill seeker blind to the consequences his actions brings to his victims. He says repeatedly that he never needed the money, yet acts like he deserved everything he stole. Interesting read despite the fact the author comes off as egotistical and unrepentant.
