Hi.  Sorry if this has been covered before...I did a search in the forum & looked under the FAQ but couldn't find an answer.  I am new (as of this week!) to PBS and the second book I requested is listed under "books I've requested" as accepted & printed, however when I look at my "transactions archive" there's a red X by the book which says request canceled by sender.  Does this mean it was initially accepted & then canceled before being mailed, or is something else going on?  Thanks.

Welcome to PBS!

The PBS system operates on a FIFO system - if several copies of the book you ordered are listed, it goes to the person who listed it first. Apparently that person cancelled the order, so your order went to the person who listed it next.

If I didn't explain that well, please let me know!

Thanks, that explains it.  I guess I just assumed both notes were about the same sender.  There is so much to learn about how this site operates, but I'm very excited that the first book I ordered is enroute.

Heres a tip if you wanna see if its the same person click the pm button on your order to see who it is in the current order then go to your transaction archive and look over on the right side of the order for that book. It will have the name of the person who canceled the first time there. Compare the names and you'll know if it was the same person.
