This Doubleday "Little Cookbook" reflects America's fondness for everything fondue in the 70s. Tracy avoids a very narrow, and perhaps boring perspective, by defining fondue as any dish which is assisted in preparation by the guests at the table. An interesting retro look at an entertaining approach which deserves more attention today.
