My main problem with this cookbook was that in my area a lot of the ingredients are too hard to find. In bigger towns with more than one or two stores to choose from I'm sure that's not a problem. There was also only one or two recipes in here that I found practical to make as an everyday meal. Most recipes were a little too fancy for me.
