As a "sporadic" member I may not be reading my Account Information correctly, but on "My Account" Page, the credits I have only show to be two (2),

yet if I check the Credit Registry listing, the credits are more correct at a total of (9).  When will my corrected 9 credits "show" on "My Account" page?  Is

there something I must do, or someone I must notify to have this correctly modified?  Any feedback would be most genuinely appreciated.  Thanks much.

They should match.  If you want some help, copy and paste your credit registry into a PM to me and I'll take a look.

Hi Kathleen - The credit registry shows all the credits requested, removed because you requested a book or sent to a buddy.    Did you add the credits in green, then add the credits in red , subtract  (green - red =  total count of credits).  Is the count still 9?  The credit registry will indicate if it is a book requested or sent.

At the very top of every page, you should see

Credits: xx

This number should always match what you see on your My Account page where it says Credits / Money / Books Posted / Money Saved. There's no delay, these numbers are always in synch.

If you click on the word Credits at the top of your screen, or if you click on Credit Registry on your My Account page, you'll see your registry displayed in two columns. The running balance is the rightmost column. The number you see on the top line there should match the number you see next to Credits at the top of the page and also the number you see on your My Account page.

If you don't see the same numbers in all three places, try using the ctrl+F5 trick to force your page to refresh. You can also try clearing the cache in your browser.
