If you are a good book collector or just love plain old fashioned country cooking, then this is one you will want. It has recipes from time proven county fair favorites, pickles perserves and put ups, Holiday Bazaar Baking, Food festivals, coummunity dinners and pancake breakfasts, plus tips and charts for measurments, conversions tables and emergency subsitutions. Beautiful color pictures. I really handy and nice cookbook to have.
