The sources and quotations have been deleted insofar as they are only of law historical interest, to the extent that former judiciary, etc., still have a certain significance for the application of the new law, special reference was made to this. Furthermore the text has been preceded with a comparison of the new and the old provisions. Besides the new version of the explanations, the focus of the new edition is set on the commentary to - 45 (previous - 19), - 21 (previous - 8) and the cases of reduction in the case of early termination of the whole proceedings now in a clearer formulation and extended (e.g. KV 1210, 1211).
