The pace of the the book is very fast and easy to understand. There were a few places that I think could have been flushed out and lengthened to better help the reader understand everything, but for the most part it was still good. The ending was wonderful and really did a good job tying up loose ends!If you like historical fiction with a little bit of romance and are looking for a light read, you won't be disappointed.
