many of the book on my shelf have no cover image. I know myself that when looking at another members shelf I quickly scan over the books with no image and really believe if I had the book images it would help my shelf some. Does anyone know the step by step on where I go to edit these images and how I can find them. I tried one and it does not seem to have worked. Thanks in advance!!

You can check out other books sites (like Amazon, etc) to see if there is a cover image online for it.  Then, save that image to your hard drive and come here and use the "upload book covers" link from the bottom of any PBS page.  DON'T upload the image on the "edit book data" page, that will not work.

I find it faster to put the books on my scanner and scan in the covers.  Then, just crop the image to just the cover and save it and then upload it.

Just so you're aware though--the cover image we have showing here does NOT have to match the cover of the actual book you have! As long as the ISBN is the same, that's what counts...often times publishers change the cover when re-releasing a book but use the same ISBN...so don't be disappointed if the book you get has a different cover--or feel that the book you are listing must match the cover image shown either!
