I have not read this book. It was bought for me and it just isn't my type of book. One minute Mayor John Fiore is standing before a bouquet of microphones, making promises left and right next he is dead murdered in a hotel restroom. Jack McMorrow small-town reporter it's a strange welcome back to the city he left years ago. It's also the utimate cover story. And the byline is his. Until the phone rings, and it seems there are a few things Jack needs to clear up. Starting with. . . Where were you the night the mayor was murdered?
