A week ago, I sent pics on three of my books. One was done relatively soon, and the other two have not been added. I tried to re-submit them, and got a "those are pending" message. Is this normal to have pics on the same request list post that far apart? I feel as though they are "lost in the system" but hesitate to send an inquiry email about it.

I'm having the same problem John.  I think I will give it a little more time.  Sometimes the people that do that job get tied up with real life issues.  If nothing happens by next week I will probably e-mail a question.

Also, with the server having issues this past week, I imagine things are even crazier.  I know one of the main approvers is away from home for a few days, so I'm assuming there'll be a bit of a backlog to go through when she returns.

Thanks - I can surely wait, but wasn't sure if it meant my others on the same request form were "in limbo" and needed to be cleared and re-submitted.

Actually, I've had images come up for approval that I know were uploaded several days apart from others (they were my own, that's how I knew :)

And I would say Pat and Mona both hit nails on the head, I was out of town, the servers have been weird, we do have lives that interfere with our fun :(    And, I'm serious with that, I'd much rather be approving images than doing a lot of my real life issues! hahaha

I did also get a PM from someone else that noticed another problem with images, so there could well be an issue going on that I haven't seen yet, since I just got back home, and haven't been to the image approval page yet.

They are all done by volunteers and It generally only takes a few days, at most 3-5 when they are up-to-date. But I believe that there are some system issues and it has slowed them down.

ETA: Sherry is one step ahead of me.....

As of this minute all the images that were waiting to be approved have either been approved or a pm was sent with an explanation of why they weren't approved (most common reason is that the image hasn't been cropped).

If your images aren't there, I'd check to be sure they were cropped, and resubmit.  There was an issue again where images were approved but they weren't making it to the database, but that should be fixed now.
