A cookbook dedicated to honey! Very good! Gives a bit of history and information about honey. Then lots of good recipes from savory through sweet. Sampling of recipes: Creamed Honey and Oatmeal Nuggets; Savory Cheesecake; New Mexican Layered Enchiladas with Red Chile and Mesquite Honey Sauce; Pork and Soba Noodle Hot Pot.
