There is a whole series of cozies by Conrad Allen set aboard cruise ships. They are historical mysteries all set in the early 1900's. There's also a fun Miss Seton I remember reading years ago set aboard a cruise ship. It's part of the series by Hampton Charles/Heron Carvic. "Miss Seton at the Helm".

There's also one of  Rita Lakin's Gladdy Gold mysteries (present day) set on a Bingo cruise. "Getting Old is the Best Revege"

That's all off the top of my head, and ones that I've read, but I'm sure there are plenty more.

Mary Higgins Clark and Carol Higgins Clark co-wrote a quick fun cozy called "Santa Cruise"  I really liked that one!  There are plenty of copies of this to order.
