1 carton whipped chive cream cheese (8-oz.)
1/2 cup cleaned crabmeat or imitation crab
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon onion salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
6 celery ribs, cut in serving-size pieces
In bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients; mix well. Transfer to
a pastry tube or a small resealable plastic bag, with a small
hole cut in the corner of bag. Pipe mixture into celery sticks.
Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Yield: About 2 dozen appetizers
