This book is on my list of all time favorites. If you have a love for animals, then you will love this book. At times hilarious, other times poignant, always a very good read

James Herriot adventures are a delightful enjoyable read everytime I pick it up.
The classic book about a young country vet in England. Wonderful, uplifting stories. Recommended.
James Herriot's love for animals shines through in these feel good stories of his life as a country vet in England. From taking care of kittens and puppies all the way up through large farm animals, Mr. Herriot always has an interesting anecdote and lesson it impart. His entire series are a pleasure to read.
