Hi All,
I joined earlier this week and last night I posted 11 books and had my 2 credits show up. Today, my credit balance is zero even though I haven't requested any books be sent. Suggestions? |

Do you happen to have another member in your household that is or was a member of PBS?The start-up credits are only available to the first account in a household. Often times the credits are granted on a quick signup, but once you enter your address the system sees that the account is a second one in a household and removes the credits. You can look in your Credit Registry and it will show the reason behind the credits being removed. If there is no one else in your household that has an account, or might have had on in the past, you can send in Feedback via the Contact Us link in lower right under Company and ask the Team what is up. |

Oh, I see. Yes, my husband has an account. He's the one that recommended I join. Nevermind then.

Welcome to PBS Karla! If hubby has extra credits, he can transfer some to your account! Can't remember if credits can only be transferred between 'friend' members |
