Crockpot Chicken Special
4 boneless chicken breasts
10 oz frozen vegetables your choice
1 medium onion cut into chunks
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
14 oz. no salt stewed tomatoes
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 cloves minced garlic
Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces. Place the vegetables onion
and mushrooms in crock-pot. Place the chicken on top.
In a mixing bowl combine the stewed tomatoes, seasoning and
garlic. Pour over the chicken and vegetables. Cover and cook for
6 hours on low. Or 3 hours on high. Serve over cooked rice or
pasta.
