This is a great smattering of various Italian recipes, all seemingly very easy and unintimidating, unpretentious. Chef Stellino gives a brief story or commentary relating to each dish, and makes suggestions along the way, if needed. I like how he relates family memories and experiences along with the recipes, as they give a greater appreciation for the dish than simply listing the recipes, outright.
