I have enjoyed this series from the beginning. I like that theres a lot of action in this series. I feel that the books get better as they go along. This book is definitely going on my keeper shelf. I understand what others have said about this series but I like that there is a lot going on in these books. It keeps me interested til the very end. This book had a great story line, lots of action and even made me laugh in some places. I like that Cassie is "growing" in this series. I can't wait for more from this author.

This book continues the Cassie Palmer story. You get plenty of Cassie, Mircea, and Pritkin. This book is full of action, plot twists and humor (I laughed out loud a couple times). But unfortunately Cassie hasn't matured yet - she's now the all-powerful Pythia, but she's still in constant need of rescuing and still can't seem to choose her man.

I loved this book. I love this whole series. Once again Cassie manages to find herself in trouble over and over again and always manages to find a way out with courage, strength and humor. All of the Cassandra Palmer books kept me on the edge and hungry to find out what kind of trouble she will get into even without trying. I love the light humor that Chance puts in her books. If you havnt started this series yet, I highly recommend it. Its definately one that once you get started on you will be anxious for more. I cant wait to see whats next for Cassie.

I have to say I was disappointed with how the book ended. The whole Cassie Palmer series is a page turner...from starting from the first book through to the 4th... I couldn't put them down...but it leaves you hanging at the end...almost like there should have been a 5th book. The romance in all 4 books was 'there' and you kinda weren't sure where Cassie was going to end up as far as the love of her life went...and it really should have been settled at the end of this book and wasn't. I fell in love with Mircea in all 4 books and am sadly disappointed that her relationship with him just kinda left you hanging as too what happended between them. If you are a romance lover...probably not a series you would enjoy in my opinion....but the suspense, action and characters are all wonderful other than that !!
