Is anyone else having trouble printing a custom delivery confirmation label? I used it a couple of days ago and it worked fine. It's not me doing something wrong (I don't think) or my printer--just printed a regular PBS label with no problems. With the Custom DC, after I type in all the required info. (including checking the little box that indicates I have verified the address & understand I am paying a fee to PBS, which I don't remember from a couple of days ago...) and I click on print, nothing happens. Looks like the data is not being sent to the printer at all.

Sometimes there is an update taking place either between PBS and the Endicia folks, or somewhere else. I usually huff and puff a couple of times then come back an hour or so later and everything has resolved itself. Hope this happens for you, too! (Well, maybe not the huffing and puffing...)
