I just tried to print 2 custom dc labels, different addresses, and keep getting the following message-

We are sorry but Delivery Confirmation is currently not available for the TO address, please check it for correctness.

I copied and pasted the addresses from pm's, so the addresses should be correct and I did not add anything to the c/o portion.

Anyone else having a problem with pbs dc today?  Any suggestions??

Go to the USPS website to verify the address.   Also characters such as /, - , # the system rejects.   Recently I had a member that could not enter the info. She used condo and the USPS uses apt.

What Robin said, and if the member typed in "Drive" instead of "Dr" (or however the Post Office has the address listed officially) that could do it.  Ask her to copy and paste her address from her "My account" --> "Settings".  That one has already gone through Post Office approval.

There were no characters in either so I sent pm for a copy and pasted addy.  Got one and it worked. Waiting for the other.
