I had never heard of this before but decided to use it for an ARC book. It printed but not in a very usable form. I had to put it in a small envelope and add my own postage, then tape this cut out USPS confirmation with address, etc. It showed I had used it twice before but I had not ever used it before. It also does not show that I ever printed the one I just used. It did give me a confirmation number.

Has anyone ever used this before? Does it eventually show up that I used it? I am really confused about it but I am putting it in the mail tomorrow. I had to get the postage off the USPS site.

Thanks for any help on this!!

Ok, I answered my own question. It did eventually show up that I used it for this ARC book and I can now track it when it is scanned.

Do a print preview next time.  I had to make some adjustments.

It wasn't that anything was wrong, it printed out fine. I just couldn't see it when I went back to the page where it should have been. I guess it takes a while for it to show up and I went back to look to soon. I still don't understand it showing that I used it before when I never knew it existed until this time.

Elaine, I have to refresh the page before my Custom DC appears on my account page.

Custom DC shows the addresses that it was used for on the prior transactions. Are you saying you don't recognize the people and addresses that are listed there?

Nothing from games, or freebies in the Bazaar, or something totally unrelated to PBS but you wanted DC, or anything? Did you look at the DC scans to see if their scan route started by you and what the dates where that they were used?

You might want to send in Feedback and ask the Team to explain them. I would be concerned if you are seeing addresses that do not belong to you.

I didn't even know this feature existed until I needed to send out an ARC book. I tried to look the person up in our member list and there was no listing but of course it may not be public. Anyway it's no big deal I hope I don't ever have to use it again. I prefer the regular mail options and seldom get an ARC.

I have printed several of them and never had a problem. The page has to be refreshed for the new label to show, and I get to see the barcode scans in the evenings, just like with my regular mailings. I personally like the feature so I can just add the postage and put it in my box like the others. The electronic DC is cheaper than the retail DC, so I do save a little money.

I find it odd that you have never used it yet have a history of custom DC's.
