I enjoyed the story of troubleshooter Brett Rutland being sent to find out who is embezzling Carter Engineering. His prime suspect was Tessa Conway, the firm's accountant. Inspite of his suspicions, he still fell for her and now he has to face the challenge of whether to turn her in or not and put away the woman he loves. Good easy read and hot romance.
This was a great book, did not find out till the end who did it.
As always a good book from Linda Howard.
