Daily Digest emails aren't coming through again.

I have the same problem. But one did come through on the 15th for some reason.

I got one today, didn't on the 16th and 17th,

Second day in a row I received the Digest.  Hopefully, wherever the problem was---PBS, Gmail, TSA, CIA---it's resolved.

Oh. well, I haven't received a Digest in two days.

If we dont get the daily digest,  is there somewhere we can access it on the site?

Go to the My Account menu, then click on Transaction Archive. On that page, near the top you'll see a list of other pages with info on your account. Go to Club Communications. There will probably be a listing for PBS Digest. Click on it and see the message you didn't receive, or the last Digest you got.

Cut and paste the link they sent you.  But to make it easy, they probably sent this link.

Go into your e-mail software and send that link to youself. Title it PBS Digest. Then, whenever you don't get a Digest e-mail, just go to that message and click on the link. I always save the last Digest they send me so I have that link handy, when I don't get a Digest for that day.  The link will always take you to the latest Digest.

No, it's daily. We're just not getting them. You can see them in Club Communications.

Brilliant idea, Thomas. Thank you! I just emailed the link as it appeared in club communications and it worked. Now if I can only remmebr not to delete that particular email.

You can also just bookmark the link in your browser. It's the same link every day, so you don't really need the email except as a reminder to click the link. 

Received my Digest today, but not on the 21-22-23. Yet Club Communications shows them sent.

First time I've received my digest email from PBS in about a week. I've found ways to get it on days it doesn't arrive.

Edited to add: As of today, 27 Mar, it's disappeared again.

I am not getting the DD or DWL either.  I am currently using a yahoo e-mail account and check my spam folder.  Nothing there.  Anyone else having this problem again?

I use Gmail. Sometimes I'll go four or five days without a Digest. But I've just received them two days in a row. If Gmail was blocking them I don't think I'd get them at all. Based on past experience with some PBS problems, my money is on something is amiss with PBS.

Well, I've gone five days without a Digest. Fortunately, I've kept the last one and use it to access the Digest every day. Yesterday, I noticed a message in my gmail SPAM folder. It was an e-mail confirming a purchase I made online.   Whereas, the PBS Digest message has never shown up there. As for me, I'm convinced this lack of Digest messages is a PBS problem.

I've been receiving the Digests more frequently, but there still are days I don't. Myabe the problem is slowly resolving itself.

OK, today with the search function down, the link on the Daily Digest email doesn't work either. It took me to the "We are sorry, but this page is currently unavailable" page.

I have a feeling not much will work here at PBS today.

For two days in a row, my Daily Digest contained no books. I find this hard to believe. Anyone one else having the same experience?

I drew blanks in a couple of genres but not in all of them.

I received the Digest e-mail for three days in a row, then today, nothing. So I used the bookmark I had to access the Digest page.

The last three days I had nothing listed in my Digest, which I thought was weird. Today, as I stated above, I didn't receive a Digest e-mail, and had to use the bookmark. That is when I found over 200 books listed in my Digest for today, and over two hundred books listed for each of the last three days, when, previously, on those days nothing was listed.

The PBS software appears to be playing games again. Can't wait to see what happens tomorrow.

I've gone seven days now without a Digest. As I receive all the other e-mails from PBS, I wonder, "What the hell...?" 

I had it yesterday but not today, but I took your hint, Thomas,  about hanging on to an old DD email and still see it each day using the link off the oldie. Ordered 2 books off of my DD yesterday.

Have sent a note via the 'contact us' button mentioning this and other problems and noting we had better service when the site was free. Had a 'we're working on it' reply and nothing more.

I've now gone another five days without a digest e-mail.
