Just wanted to let people know about this program. I struggled to stick with any exercise program- boring- no results. I loved the local boot camp, but it cost $300 a month. I can't afford that. I found the Daily Hiit. It is interval training like I assume t25 and p90x are. You sign up for a challenge and they email you a new video workout each day. You just exercise along with the video. The challenges vary in length. Each workout is based on a round. Could be 50 sec exercise 10 sec rest for 6 different exercises. Then repeat. Some of the longer challenges are 30 sec exercise, 30 second cardio 10 second rest. repeat for 30 exercises! The routines are always different so it is not boring. Did I mention it is FREE!!!!! I'm 28 days in and still excited to see what tomorrow's workout will be. Visit the daily hiit website or body rock tv website or their pinterest page. Definitely got me excited about exercising.
