I just received a book that was water-damaged and, though I couldn't tell for absolutely sure, I assumed it may have happened en route, as the wrapping was thin and the weather here in the Southeast has been very rainy for several days -- so I chose the "damaged by USPS" option and included a "have you considered inner plastic wrap?" note to the sender when I completed the "book received" forms.
Now though, the transaction record is showing the "Has problem been resolved" tab ...? I thought with the "damaged by USPS" RWAP choice this didn't come into play? Can someone clarify, please? Thanks!
