It isn't really damaged only slightly damaged LOL, but the back cover is separating from the book at the bottom, and so the last, oh, 50 or so pages are separating at the bottom as well.  It's about an inch up.

Oh, I guess you'd like to know the book, eh? ;)  It's "Top O' the Mournin' by Maddy Hunter--#2 in her Passport to Peril mysteries.  It's a really good book, I loved it, and 13 people are wishing for it.  It has at least one read left in it, if not 2 or 3, depending on how careful a reader one is. :)
