Wow! How utterly gross and inconsiderate. I'd be fuming. I once received a used book from an Amazon seller that had mold growing on it. Yeah, they got a good rating--not! I have a RC that politely reminds people to send books that meet the conditions set forth by PWS. I know I am merely repeating the PBS standards and making myself look uber picky. Then again, some people actually send books with "brown, sticky, yucky liquid stains" on them so I don't feel so bad having an RC.
